Last Track Meet

Another awesome end to the track season. Audrey broke her PRs and had tons of fun. She can't wait to run again, and has a goal to qualify next season. Proud of how hard she worked, running while practicing with two soccer teams. She was really nervous at the beginning of the season because she bumped up an age group, but ended up having a great time. This girl loves her sports and it's fun to watch her grow.

PRs:
100 - 16.08
200 - 33.16
400 - 1:16.78
Cute 4 x 100 team came in third. Audrey was 1st leg. This is her favorite race.
After the long track meet we decided last minute to get opening weekend tickets to Endgame with the Bertolas. It was so fun and such a great movie - so glad we did it and stayed out late with wonderful friends.

Updates

Tyler:
Open House night. Tyler showed us all his school work, and it was pretty amazing. His teacher's couldn't say enough great things about him - complimented his work ethic, creativity, and confidence. So proud of him. Great grades, National Jr. Honor Society, just made the school track team. Tyler's had a fantastic 7th grade year. About 6 weeks left.
Treated him to lunch at Toppers on a minimum day.
Intermediate baseball team. CCLL Angels.

Audrey:
Soccer tournament in LA. Her team played great. Cute group of girls. Love cheering her on.
After the tournament we drove right past the temple and decided to stop. It was so quiet - almost no one there but us. We had great conversation - catching up, checking in, mother/daughter stuff. So lucky this sweet girl is mine.
Classic Audrey bedtime - somehow, every night, she find a spot for herself:
Track meet! Broke two PRs in the 400 and 200 this week. Sometimes it's a little crazy with both sports, but it's worth to watch her thrive and see that smile. She truly loves her sports.
And she loves running with best friends:

Cole:
My baby! Oh how I cherish this last time around with Easter parties and egg hunts. We're right where we should be. Also, spring minute to win it games with Mrs. Adachi and Cole + Felix forever.
Pancake Breakfast date:
Egg hunt and lots of candy!
Little brother at lots of practices. He's a great sidekick.

Rey:
We know it's getting warmer when she comes in from playing outside and does the "Rey flop" on the hardwood floor. Quite a few days in the 80s this week. Spring/summer shopping has begun.

Adam:
Working hard. Keep watching Battle of the Ages! Dinner with best guy friends:

Me:
First Relief Society activity - beautiful hike with friends. Water in the stream because of all the rain this year. Started training for the next half marathon. Ladybug begins Monday. Ready for a lovely Easter.

The Rest of Spring Break

Pictures from Tyler's scout campout. He had a blast, but came home exhausted and took a three hour nap.
We caught up on to-dos, like dentist appointments (no cavities!) and haircuts.  Finished the day with ice-cream.
Cute Activity Days girls. No longer my calling - moving to Relief Society. Loved my time with these fun girls and, of course, Audrey.
Made sure to have lazy days at home - sleeping in, relaxing, movies. Played video games, Uno, baseball and basketball in the yard. Brothers!
Saw Dumbo and it was adorable. Watched plenty of Dodgers, and Battle of the Ages! Saturday was full of baseball. Two games for Tyler (both a little rough, though he pitched awesome), one for Cole. Audrey and I were super fans. We cheered Cole as he pitched, played catcher, got a hit, and scored!
It was a great spring break. Last push 'til the end of the school year!
